  • shoulder rolls forward/ backward
  • shoulder lifts/drops
  • hip twists
  • pelvic tucks

  • chest slides
  • hip slides
  • Egyptian knee shimmies
  • traveling hip twist in a four-point turn
 
  • head slides
  • head rolls (be safe!)
  • undulations up/down
  • undulations down/up
  • pivot turns
  • shoulder pops
  • shoulder shimmies
  • hip interior rolls
    hip exterior rolls
  • 3/4 shimmy walks
 
 
In lieu of caffeine, drill 30 minutes in the morning and after lunch for a quick pick-me-up.
